Recommend, schedule, and perform PC, hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
Where required, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user workstation software and networking software products.
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed.
Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problems.
Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
Monitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reports.
Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
Ensure Monthly Telecom Carrier Billing is sent to the Accountant for payment.
Strong technical writing and documentation to update troubleshooting steps for support.
Sent out Emails of Provider's Call Schedule monthly and when calendar has been updated to the Hospital Provider Call Center.
Daily Server Checklist for Cisco and file Server; EMR Back Up Tape Rotation

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have professional behavior with a patient centric attitude
Detail oriented and strong attention to detail
Exceptional organizational skills
Computer literacy
Knowledge of EMR/EHR helpful (Greenway)
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Knowledge to the IT environment preferred
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
Ability to be a team player who can communicate and work effectively with staff at all levels in the organization.
Ability to use basic office equipment such as telephones, computers, internet, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Possess the necessary tact to deal with people with professionalism and diplomacy
