Job Description
- Competitive pay range of $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: Houston, TX 77081
- Temporary assignment beginning November 2025
- Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card

Large Healthcare organization in west Houston is seeking several Customer Service Advocate I. They are primarily responsible for incoming calls related to enrollment, benefits and eligibility inquiries, questions or concerns.
- Handle incoming member calls, addressing inquiries, questions, and concerns regarding eligibility, claims status, and authorizations.
- Accurately document all call interactions while providing clear, concise, and knowledgeable responses.
- Deliver excellent customer service with every member interaction, ensuring satisfaction and professionalism.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and maintain professional behavior at all times.
- Support quality monitoring standards through effective daily phone interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience or 1 year in healthcare, health plan, or a related field in a call center setting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering exceptional customer service.
