Works collaboratively with medical providers and reporting supervisor, on both the Medical and Cosmetic divisions, to deliver optimal patient care
Prepares patients for examination and treatment(s), which includes: taking patient's vital signs, preparing exam/treatment rooms with necessary instruments, administer injections, documenting a brief medical history, checking patient's chart for pertinent data (i.E. Lab results, complete medical histories, medications, and allergy information) and communicates information to Physicians; Assists Physicians during all exams/scheduled appointments
Responsible for accurately documenting information into the patient's chart as directed by the Physician
Provides post-operative care instructions, drug samples and written prescriptions as directed by the physicians
Clean/stock rooms
Other duties assigned as needed

Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm; some Saturdays from 8a-2p is required

REQUIREMENTS:
1 yr. Dermatology, Plastics or Operating Room Circulators experience preferred
CMA preferred
CPR certification required
EMR experience is required

Ability to multitask and adhere to multiple provider clinical expectations
Be able to anticipate patients' and providers' needs
