A premier neurology clinic is partnering with Team1Medical in seeking a Medical Scheduler to assist the clerical and administrative staff with scheduling appointments and various administrative duties. Medical Scheduler’s Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments as requested.
- Assist with faxes/scanning documents into patient charts.
- Schedule and accommodate appointments through EPIC's work queue.
- Answer all incoming phone calls and direct messages to appropriate personnel.
Medical Scheduler’s Qualifications
- Previous scheduler experience is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is not required but highly preferred.
- Experience with Epic: The EMR Program is strongly preferred.
- COVID-19 Vaccination is required.
