ExecuTeam is a leading temporary and full-time staffing service specializing in healthcare, accounting and administrative staffing. Our Healthcare division, Team 1 Medical, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/ Sales Executive responsible for prospecting and developing current healthcare clients in the Houston area. Clients range from small private clinics to the larger healthcare networks. The successful candidate must be highly driven, with a "Hunter Mentality" with a strong track record of success working within a fast-paced environment.

On a daily basis, the Sales Executive will have the ability to develop a strong territory by using multiple channels including networking, cold calling, and relationship building to influence decision makers. Candidate must have experience selling in the healthcare/medical community, along with the desire to travel to territory locations throughout the Houston area.

Responsibilities:
Identify, develop and cultivate new business relationships
Manage an assigned territory with the goal of increasing company revenue by generating sales from new and existing customers within the healthcare/medical niche industry
Nurture and maintain current business
Direct sales contact
Qualify prospects
Sales process planning
Create opportunities and influence decision makers
Manage your desk as your own business
Achieving sales targets and established expectations
Networking actively in target business sector
Negotiate rates with clients
Generate accurate sales forecasts, strategies and creative solutions for accounts
Attend department meetings and all necessary maintain production related reports

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/College degree in business or related field
Ability to develop strong relationships and interface with professionals face-to-face
Passion for meeting new people and developing relationships
Familiarity with Houston area; local candidates only
Proven history of new account development business-to-business sales in the medical/healthcare industry
Exceptional prospecting, cold calling and closing skills
Solution seller with effective written and verbal communication skills
Money and performance motivated
Self-driven to work without direct supervision in a fast paced setting
Sales aptitude and competitive nature, a must win attitude
Ability to see challenges as opportunities and act on them
Experience in lead development, lead follow up, qualification and targeted account selling in person and/or by telephone
