Job Description
One of the premier Cardiology clinics is seeking a eClinicalWorks (eCW) Specialist who will perform patient care and assist clerical and clinical staff. If this is your time to make a difference in your community, submit your resume and see what opportunities are available today!
Responsibilities:
- Manage escalated issues with eCW
- Act as liaison between clinics and eCW support team to ensure and issues and concerns are addressed to create more efficiency in clinics
- Manage inbound emails and calls regarding eCW issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 year or more experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
Benefits and Perks:
- $17-$22/hr.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $17-$22 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
