Locate healthcare professionals through various sources.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Contribute to the human resource management and employment for smooth functioning of a medical facility.
Collaborates with senior leaders, HR partners, business unit managers and others as appropriate to develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Perform office operational tasks.
Three (3) years of Healthcare oriented HR/recruitment, sales, marketing, or related experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study preferred; or the equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
Experience building collaborative relationships with hiring managers.
Strong analytical competency, consulting and negotiation skills, and business acumen.
Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner
Strong oral and written communication skills.
