Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls for both Medicare and Commercial members
Assist members with questions regarding provider directory, benefits, claims, and eligibility
Assist with any outbound call projects as needed
Provide top level customer service to any and all calls
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
To be considered for the Customer Service Representative position, you will need the following:
2+ years' recent experience in a call center setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Previous medical experience including EMR/EHR is a plus!
