Healthcare Specialty: Orthotics & Prosthetics | Salary: $20 an hour
Team1Medical is teaming up with an accredited Orthotics & Prosthetics specialty clinic to seek a Medical Office Lead who supervises 2 staff members and maintains day-to-day operations for the Cypress location. Medical Office Lead’s Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee the office budget, billing, and coding.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including patient flow and customer service.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate 2 staff members.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Medical Office Lead’s Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Five (5) years of medical front office or billing experience are required.
- Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills are a strong plus.
- A valid Texas Driver’s License; must have reliable transportation.
