Job Description
One of the premier medical teach institutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will support the Psychiatry Department with administrative duties. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provides general administrative and clerical support including all routine correspondence, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying and maintaining filing systems.
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Answers phone calls and responds to inquiries.
- Manages calendars; schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as assigned.
- Maintains office supplies for the department.
- Processes payments requests, purchase orders and travel arrangements as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
- Five (5) years of Administrative Assistant experience is required.
- Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
