Job Description
One of the premier Healthcare organizations is seeking an Administrative Clerk for their Patient Transportation Dept to provide administrative support on clerical work. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Compiles and arranges data. Processes documents and composes correspondence.
- Completion of weekly timekeeping responsibilities.
- Conducts audits to ensure accuracy of time reporting by staff.
- Schedules and makes necessary arrangements for interviews.
- Creates/maintains employee files in compliance with established guidelines and Joint Commission requirements.
- Schedules classes, training sessions and secures conference rooms.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Three (3) years of experience in performing administrative or responsible clerical.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
Benefits and Perks:
- $17.00/hr.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $17.00/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
