Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Ambulatory Service Representative to join our team in Pearland, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and privacy laws
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to optimize patient flow
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical front office is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling systems preferred; Epic experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
Benefits and Perks:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $18-$22/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
