Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant
Job Description
- Obtain all needed patient-related information to complete PAPS applications
- Order and periodically reorder medications
- Maintain PAPS database and data for presentations, reports, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned to assist in the clinic
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A valid and completed certificate from an accredited Medical Assistance Program is required.
- Six (6) months to One (1) year of experience as a Medical Assistant is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and time management skills are required.
- Excellent opportunity to learn and work alongside one of Houston’s finest Neurologists.
- The position is in the Galleria area and has covered parking.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
