Team1Medical and a trusted specialty healthcare foundation are teaming up to seek a Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant to join their team! The Certified Medical Assistant will perform various duties to assist around the clinic, maintain the software database, and collect patient information to complete the patients' applications. Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant’s Responsibilities
- Obtain all needed patient-related information to complete PAPS applications
- Order and periodically reorder medications
- Maintain PAPS database and data for presentations, reports, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned to assist in the clinic
Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant’s Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A valid and completed certificate from an accredited Medical Assistance Program is required.
- Six (6) months to One (1) year of experience as a Medical Assistant is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and time management skills are required.
