Team1Medical is teaming up with an accredited podiatry clinic in seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team! As the Bilingual Receptionist, you will answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel and department. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available today!
Bilingual Receptionist’s Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients into the clinic.
- Answer phone lines and direct messages to appropriate personnel.
- Scan and file documents into the company’s database.
Bilingual Receptionist’s Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician's office and clinic is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills are a strong plus.

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
