Your New Role:
As a Care Coordinator, you will have a profound impact on the patient experience as you schedule and coordinate day to day work activities of caregivers, communicate with clients and care staff for individualized needs, and maintain documentation in company operating systems to ensure accurate data entry for processing of billing and payroll. 

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with some on call occasions, as needed.

Your Experience: 
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 2 years of related business experience is required.
  • Essential office, computer, and organization skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are highly preferred.
  • The ability to work independently while demonstrating sound judgement is required.
