Job Description
A well-known behavioral health group is seeking an Assistant Office Manager that will assist with QA intake, coordinating services and oversee the overall office functionalities. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and staff.
- Assist in identifying, cultivating and preserving potential and/or established partnerships
- Develop and implement strategies to build company awareness through social media, fliers, etc.
- Educate and partner with referral sources
- Answer telephone, route calls when appropriate, and answer inquires
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have one year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Must have a degree in Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Rehab, Nursing, Education, or Gerontology
- Experience in Human Resources or hiring experience is highly preferred
Benefits and Perks:
- $25-$35 hr.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
