In this role, you'll manage the renewal and reconciliation of legally binding agreements, maintain accurate tracking records, and prepare related documents and reports. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be comfortable working with repetitive tasks and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage routine monthly agreement renewals and maintain communication with lessees/grantees
- Ensure timely receipt of payments and reconcile agreement terms
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary in-house software to manage documentation
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track agreements and payment activity
- Prepare reports and documentation related to contract administration
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 10 years of administrative experience required
- Strong understanding of legally binding agreements is beneficial
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with high attention to detail
