Credentialing Coordinator
- Apply for and maintain licensure and registration for clinical faculty and licensed practitioners.
- Responsible for accurate and timely data entry into credentialing database.
- Review information provided on prepopulated applications.
- Research and escalate to leadership when any deficiencies or questions occur.
- Coordinate credentialing of potential candidates for medical staff membership or for licensure.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Three (3) years of Credentialing experience is required.
- Must be local to the Houston area within 2 hours of the Medical Center.
- Must have computer skills is required, familiar with using Outlook and Excel.
