Bilingual Customer Service Advocate I | $17.00–$18.00 per hour | Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | Fully On-site | Temporary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Customer Service Advocate II to support its contact center operations. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls from members regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and authorizations. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and prior healthcare or insurance call center experience.

In this role, you will respond to inbound calls from members regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and authorizations. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and prior healthcare or insurance call center experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and authorization status
- Provide first-call resolution and submit adjustment or reconsideration requests when necessary
- Accurately document all calls and route inquiries appropriately using the CRM system
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
- Support team goals and complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of customer service experience/health care plan experience in a call center setting.
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
