Job Description
- Competitive pay range of $17.00–$18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: Houston, TX 77081
- Temporary assignment beginning August 2025
- Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card

A healthcare organization is seeking a Customer Service Advocate II to support its contact center operations. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls from members regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and authorizations. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and prior healthcare or insurance call center experience.
- Respond to incoming calls regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and authorization status
- Provide first-call resolution and submit adjustment or reconsideration requests when necessary
- Accurately document all calls and route inquiries appropriately using the CRM system
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
- Support team goals and complete additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of customer service experience/health care plan experience in a call center setting.
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pay range: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $17.00–$18.00 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. The range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
