Job Description
One of the premier Healthcare organizations is seeking a Data Entry Operator to provide data entry and maintain data. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and verification to convert coded information into digital formats
- Transfer data from legacy systems into new databases
- Review data for accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure all required information is complete prior to entry
- Scan, print, file, and organize source documents for recordkeeping
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with state and federal privacy laws
- Generate weekly and monthly data entry progress reports
- Assist with software updates and train new staff on data entry procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience working with Data Entry software and maintaining detailed information.
- Strong understanding of office computer systems and software.
- Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations.
- Must have a high-level diploma or GED.
