Dental Assistant
Job Description
- Greet and welcome customers for treatments and checkups.
- Create temporary molds for crowns, make minor adjustments on dentures, and mold impressions following the dentists' orders.
- Set up and sterilize instruments, equipment, and materials as needed.
- Record all radiographs.
- Create mold impressions.
- Dental Assistant certification or training as an asset (e.g. EFDA) is required.
- One (1) – Two (2) years of experience as a Dental Assistant is required.
- DAMBY Certification is required.
- Essential knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods is required.
- An understanding of health and safety regulations is required.
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and time management skills are required.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
