Job Description:
A leading organization in San Antonio is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with scheduling, correspondence, travel coordination, and office administration. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity for a polished professional with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Draft and prepare official correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
- Monitor departmental communications and ensure timely responses to priority items
- Process requisitions, reimbursements, and vendor payments
- Serve as liaison across departments to ensure policy and procedural compliance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- At least 5 years of executive-level administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
