Your New Role:
Join one of the leading healthcare organizations in the Texas Medical Center. As a Financial Clearance Associate, you will verify eligibility, pre-authorization requirements, available payment options, financial counseling, and other identified financial clearance-related duties. You will have a profound mark on the patient experience as you collaborate with patient access, payors, third-party vendors, patients, and other identified representatives to financially clear patients for care.  

$10 parking reimbursement is provided, and Metrorail Park-N-Ride stations are nearby. Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with weekends off.

Your Experience:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is highly preferred
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is required; with a preferred degree, one year of required experience
  • 5 years of business experience in healthcare, insurance, or a multi-specialist physician practice is highly preferred
  • Authorization experience is required
