Job Description:
Join a team supporting critical financial data migration activities as a Financial Data Migration Analyst. In this temporary role, you will review, and clean financial information extracted from legacy systems, audit existing data for accuracy and completeness, and assist with reconciling project cost data between systems. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your accounting and financial analysis expertise in a project-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, organize, and confirm the accuracy of project cost data extracted from Sage 300/Timberline or PeopleSoft and staged in Microsoft Access tables
- Map project cost line-item data to the appropriate Oracle Primavera Unifier Business Process (budgets, purchase requisitions, change orders, invoices, etc.)
- Review and validate project cost data loaded into Oracle Unifier to ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness
- Monitor the migration process to identify and resolve errors or anomalies
- Reconcile project cost data between existing and new systems using Timberline, PeopleSoft, OBIEE, MS Access, and Excel
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of five years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as PeopleSoft and Oracle Financials
- Strong financial analysis and data reconciliation skills
- Preferred: Experience in a healthcare or government environment
