Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform Oracle HR data cleanup and job description migration.
- Map and validate skills to appropriate job profiles.
- Review job-related data for accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate and verify system-generated skills and classifications.
- Make informed HR-related decisions on skills alignment and job classifications.
- Transfer structured job data into Oracle system fields.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.
- Apply HR knowledge to support accurate data validation beyond basic data entry.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Three years of HR Generalist/Associate experience is required.
- Must have strong HR knowledge and be comfortable with HR systems and data.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
