Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in healthcare recruitment to support full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and recruit top talent in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and experienced in managing multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and facilitate the offer process
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a healthcare environment
- Experience recruiting for clinical, allied health, and administrative healthcare positions
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and online recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
