Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in person and by phone with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments to optimize provider time and patient satisfaction
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with insurance paperwork and billing inquiries
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, mail handling, and supply ordering
- Ensure the office and common areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a certified medical office training course preferred
- Previous experience in a medical or wellness office setting is required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and general computer applications
- Dependable, team-oriented, and calm under pressure
