Job Description
Team1Medical is teaming up with an accredited Family Medicine/Osteopathic Medicine clinic in seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their Conroe team! As the Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting the patients as they check-in/out, arranging schedules, and verifying insurance information. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they arrive to facility and provide them with appropriate information.
- Assist patients in completing all necessary forms and documentation.
- Update patients’ information in EMR system and all related records.
- Keep patient appointment on schedule by notifying provider of patients’ arrival.
- Answer telephone, route calls when appropriate, and answer inquires.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician’s office or clinic.
- Must have completed a High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a preference.
Benefits and Perks:
- $17.00/hr.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
