Job Description
One of the premier Healthcare organizations is seeking a Research Assistant to assist with scientific research projects on hematopathology and computer-assisted image analysis. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assists PI with scientific research projects focused on hematopathology and computer-assisted image analysis.
- Read and analyze scientific literature to propose and modify research methods as needed.
- Support the design and initiation of research projects under supervision
- Assist in research activities and provide training to research personnel as needed.
- Submits project results to PI in a timely manner.
- Edit and/or write sections of protocols, grants, and reports as directed.
- Summarize findings from literature and prepare reports and presentations for scientific meetings and conferences.
- Review manuscripts prior to submission to publishing companies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One year of Research Assistant experience is required.
- Experience in generating graphs and performing data analysis for research purposes.
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in one of the basic sciences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in R and statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
