Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in our clinical setting. This role is ideal for an advanced practice nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to improving health outcomes for diverse patient populations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams.
- Develop and manage individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
- Provide treatment, make medical recommendations, and facilitate referrals when needed.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and lifestyle management.
- Document care plans and monitor progress to ensure positive outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active Texas RN and APRN licensure, with Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
- Experience working in a Vascular clinic

The base pay range for this position is $50-$53 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
