Job Description
A leading Mental Health & Behavioral Wellness Facility is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care, support treatment plans, and contribute to a safe therapeutic environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to psychiatric and behavioral health patients
- Administer medications and monitor responses
- Conduct patient assessments, mental status evaluations, and risk screenings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, psychiatrists, and social workers
- Document patient progress, interventions, and care plans accurately
- Support crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and patient safety protocols
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and wellness strategies
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Two-Three (2-3) years of Psychiatric/Mental Health experience.
- Experience with EMR and Insurance Verification is preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong communication, observation, and critical-thinking skills
Benefits and Perks:
- $50-$65/hr.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $50-65/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
