We are hiring a Mid-Level Provider to join a leading wellness clinic in Northeast Houston on a PRN basis. In this role, you’ll be part of a patient-focused team delivering life-changing hormone replacement therapy and targeted weight loss services. Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up care related to hormone therapy, weight loss, and general wellness
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle recommendations
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Utilize proprietary treatment protocols in a customer service-focused environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing
- DEA license (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
- Technologically proficient with EMR systems
- Ability to manage operations and staff in a small clinical environment
