Job Description
We are looking for a skilled PN Instructor who is responsible for performing all aspects of instruction for the specific discipline within classroom, lab, and clinical instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Provides instruction in theory and practical applications of the discipline in accordance with academic state standards.
- Instructs courses in a classroom/lab/clinical/field environment that closely simulates the environment of the industry.
- Utilizes current technology in the classroom/lab/clinical
- Evaluates students’ progress in attaining goals and objectives
- Grades all coursework in a timely manner
- Meets with students, staff members and other educators to discuss students’ instructional programs and other issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of Nursing experience within the past seven years.
- Previous teaching experience in higher education is required.
- Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Active Registered Nurse licensure through the Texas Board of Nursing and active BLS (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 salary. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
