In-House Coordiantor
Job Description
- Identify potential donor referrals in collaboration with hospital staff and update accordingly.
- Participate in quality assessment performance improvement (QAPI) activities.
- Attend hospital development initiatives, such as the Donor Advisory Committee.
- Participate in activities to improve donor conversations, cultural sensitivity, overcoming obstacles, avoiding cultural barriers or donor designation to donation.
- A Registered Nurse License or a B.A. or B.S. degree in social services or allied healthcare is required.
- Must be able to work outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, including non-scheduled hours.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. as required.
- A valid and current driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.
- Work Schedule may vary from regular working hours.
