An expanding company in Richardson, Texas is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to join their growing team! As the Laboratory Supervisor, you will oversee the staff, handle finances, and ensure regulatory compliance. Laboratory Supervisor’s Responsibilities
- Conduct testing on raw materials
- Set up and validate FTIR machines for analysis of samples
- Manage laboratory budget, including purchasing materials and maintaining supplies
- Recruit, train and manage laboratory technicians and scientists
Laboratory Supervisor’s Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Science (Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.) or related field
- 5 + years of experience of working in a laboratory setting
- Familiar with Word, Excel, Access and Oracle
- Previous experience with lab expansion is a strong plus
