Your New Role:
Join a leading public healthcare organization in the Southwest region of Houston, TX. As the Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will have a profound impact on the patient experience as you maintain knowledge of CDC-recommended vaccines, administer age-appropriate immunizations, assist midlevel providers and physicians by tracking and monitoring abnormal lab results, and reschedule lapsed appointments. Be part of a dynamic, innovative, and committed to providing quality patient care among the refugee community.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with no weekends to offer a good work/life balance.
Your Experience:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is required
- Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse with the State of Texas
- One year of LVN experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility is required
- EMR: Epic experience is preferred
- A Valid Texas Driver’s License is required
