Licensed Vocational Nurse
Job Description
- Complete biometrics in the electronic medical records system.
- Register/enroll participants in program and education classes.
- Provide information on COVID-19 and other chronic/infectious diseases.
- Administer and issue medications, injections, and skin tests.
- Record blood pressure, temperature, pulse respiration, and other vitals.
- A High School Diploma or GED and a certificate of completion from an accredited school or practical nursing program is required.
- One (1) year of LVN experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility is required.
- Current LVN certification with the State of Texas is required.
- A valid Texas Driver’s license and ability to pass a driver’s license check.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 p.m.
