Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Performance Specialist to join a Business Development team within a Healthcare organization. Whether it be now or later, you do not want to miss this opportunity. Submit your resume today to see what possibilities are available
Responsibilities:
- Supports the ongoing execution, analysis, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Combination of data-driven decision-making, campaign strategy, and collaboration with marketing and business line teams and leaders to deliver measurable results and continue to optimize performance and cost per conversion metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Five (5) years in Marketing, BI, Analytics, Business or related fields.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, campaign tracking implementation and reporting dashboards.
- Strong Project Management, Familiarity with CRM Tools.
- Must have bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
Benefits and Perks:
- $58.00-$63.00/hr.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $58.00-$63.00/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
