Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply / Material Clerk to support hospital operations by ensuring timely distribution and organization of medical supplies. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient patient care by keeping departments stocked and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, stock, and distribute medical and non-medical supplies throughout the hospital
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
- Track supply usage and report shortages or discrepancies
- Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with hospital standards
- Deliver supplies to various departments in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with inventory counts and supply audits
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Supply Clerk or Material Clerk in a hospital setting (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $20-$25/hr not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
