• Perform phlebotomy procedures and blood draws as needed
• Support providers with patient intake, vitals, and clinical documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and supplies
• Prepare and process lab specimens following protocol
• Deliver excellent communication and care to patients and staff

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred
