Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Biller / Revenue Cycle Specialist to provide short-term support with claim submissions, payment posting, denial management, and A/R follow-up. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across multiple payer types and billing platforms
Responsibilities:
- Submit and track daily claims through EPIC and clearinghouse (TriZetto)
- Resubmit corrected claims as needed
- Manage and resolve payer denials (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial, 340B)
- Post and reconcile payments accurately
- Work down aged A/R balances (30/60/90+ days)
- Provide weekly status and progress reports
- Maintain secure, compliant documentation and work logs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of medical billing and revenue cycle management experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare (Part B, Advantage), commercial insurance, and 340B claims
- Experience with EPIC and clearinghouses (TriZetto preferred)
- Proven success reducing aged A/R and resolving denials
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure documentation practices

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
