Your New Role:
Join a leading teleradiology equipment organization in the Houston area. As a Medical Collections Specialist, you will follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid Radiology claims, sending letters of appeal for denied claims. You will profoundly impact the patient experience as you monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with no weekends to provide a good work/life balance.

Your Experience:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- 3+ years of medical denial management, government, commercial, and managed care insurance, and personal collections experience is required
- 3 years of experience with Medical Denials is required
- Profound knowledge of collection techniques and billing procedures is highly recommended
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
