One of our most trusted clients in the Humble area is seeking a Medical Data Entry Specialist who will organize returned mail, call patients to update demographics, and scan documents for the administrative department. Medical Data Entry Specialist’s Responsibilities
- Organize and sort returned mail.
- Communicate with patients to update demographics.
- Scan important files and documents into the organization’s database system.
- Store, retrieve, and update files.
Medical Data Entry Specialist’s Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience with medical terminology and familiarity with medical procedures and documents is required.
- Essential knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality is required.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry software are required.
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and accuracy skills are required.

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
