Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented, professional Clinical Coordinator with a passion for aesthetics and patient care? Our boutique plastic surgery office is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our close-knit, high-end practice led by a single, highly regarded physician. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in an elegant and discreet environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with patient consultations
- Patient check in and out
- Scheduling appointments
- Explaining procedure and surgeries to patients and reviewing financial obligations
- Ensuring a calm, professional, and welcoming patient experience
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Physician’s office as a Clinical Coordinator
- Previous experience in a medical or cosmetic practice (plastic surgery or dermatology preferred)
- Impeccable professionalism, discretion, and bedside manner
- Ability to thrive in a small team and support a luxury patient experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
