Job Description
One of the premier Orthopedics and Pain Management clinics is seeking a Medical Receptionist will register patients, schedule appointments, and answer phone lines. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they arrive to facility and provide them with appropriate information
- Assist patients in completing all necessary forms and documentation
- Update patients’ information in EMR system and all related records
- Keep patient appointment on schedule by notifying provider of patients’ arrival
- Answer telephone, route calls when appropriate, and answer inquires
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 6 months or more of Receptionist experience is required.
- Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Benefits and Perks:
- $15.00/hr. - $17.25/hr.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $15.00 – $17.25/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
