Team1Medical is teaming up with an accredited healthcare clinic in seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the Audiology team! As the Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting the patients as they check in/out, arranging schedules, and verifying insurance information. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available today!
 
Medical Receptionist’s Responsibilities
  • Greet patients upon arrival and answer phone lines.
  • Manage patient schedules and provide patient schedules to staff.
  • Check in/out for patients.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments.
  • Verify insurance and collect copays and deductibles.
 
Medical Receptionist’s Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Three (3) years of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician's office and clinic is required.
  • Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills are a strong plus.
