Team1Medical is teaming up with an accredited Orthotics & Prosthetics specialty clinic in seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their San Antonio team. As the Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting the patients as they check-in/out, answering phone calls and direct messages to appropriate personnel, and verifying insurance information. Medical Receptionist’s Responsibilities
- Greet patients upon arrival and answer phone lines.
- Enter data into the organization’s database system and ensure accurate information is valid.
- Assist patients and ensure they receive excellent customer service.
- Submit information to the insurance department for verification.
Medical Receptionist’s Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician's office and clinic is required.
- Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills are a strong plus.
