Medical Receptionist
Job Description
- Greet patients upon arrival and answer phone lines.
- Manage patient schedules and provide patient schedules to staff.
- Check-in/out for patients.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments.
- Verify Insurance and collect copays and deductibles.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician's office and clinic is required.
- Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills are a strong plus.
