One of the premier cardiology clinics is seeking a Medical Scheduler who will assist the clerical and administrative staff with scheduling procedures and appointments. Medical Scheduler’s Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for cardiology Providers.
- Assist with faxes/scanning documents into patient charts.
- Ensure patient demographics and insurance information are up to date.
- Schedule and accommodate the appointments through a work queue in eCW.
Medical Scheduler’s Qualifications
- Previous medical appointment scheduler experience is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is not required but highly preferred.
- Experience with eCW is strongly preferred.
