Job Description

In this role, you will perform complex laboratory analyses, interpret test results, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced microbiological testing and analysis on clinical and environmental specimens.
- Interpret laboratory findings and prepare accurate, timely reports.
- Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to support continuous process improvements and quality initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Medical Technology, or a related scientific field required.
- Minimum of four years of progressive microbiology laboratory experience.
- Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods, laboratory instrumentation, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
